THE REFORMER PRACTICE

THE REFORMER PRACTICE is not a class—it’s an immersive container, broken into 4-8 week chapters, designed for those ready to train with clarity, consistency, and purpose. With only four people per cohort, this experience is intentionally intimate—so that each movement, each breath, each adjustment becomes a dialogue between you and your body. Under the expert guidance of MISSONI LANZA—who brings over 14 years of teaching experience—this practice offers more than refined choreography. It’s a space where you’ll receive individualized attention on spring settings, machine setup, and intelligent progressions that make advanced movement not only possible, but personal. You’ll train each week with the same committed community, creating momentum, accountability, and connection that deepens the experience beyond the reformer itself.

This is a space for those ready to be fully present—for those no longer interested in being pushed to exhaustion, but pulled inward with intention. You’ll be guided in how to listen to your body, how to move with integrity, and how to translate what you learn on the reformer into the way you live, move, and lead outside of the studio. This isn’t about performance—it’s about power. The kind you build slowly, deliberately, with intuition and precision. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll walk away not only stronger and more embodied, but with the tools, insights, and confidence to support yourself in any space you step into. This is a return to depth. A reclamation of self. A training ground for the version of you that doesn’t just move—but leads.

The Catalyst behind the Reformer Practice

I didn’t fall in love with Pilates because it was trendy. I fell in love with it because it challenged my mind as much as my body.
Early on, I had the privilege of learning in small, focused groups—where the same committed individuals showed up week after week where We came to evolve. To refine. To rise. We moved with precision, yes—but also with purpose and intention. That space became my sanctuary to interweave intellect with intuition. A place where discipline turned into embodiment, and presence became strength.
But as Pilates began to grow in popularity, Studios got louder, Class sizes grew, and The craft got diluted. The embodied method of pilates was diluted into a fitness trend—movement without meaning. Too much choreography, not enough foundation. Too many bodies in the room, not enough attention to the one you live in.
That’s when I knew it was time to create something different. Not just a class. A container.
The Reformer Practice was born from a need to return to what actually works: Small, committed cohorts. Hands-on, high-level guidance. No drop-ins. No distractions. Just depth, integrity, and momentum.
This is for the woman who is looking to dig deeper in her movement practice. For the one who knows that true strength isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, intellectual, and energetic. For the one who’s ready to sharpen her edge, develop a deeper connection with her body, and rise with intention.
This is a space where you are seen.
This is a space where you are supported to grow and evolve.
