THE REFORMER PRACTICE is a 6 week immersive training container for those ready to move with clarity, consistency, and purpose. Limited to four people per cohort, it offers highly personalized guidance from MISSONI LANZA, who brings over 14 years of teaching expertise. You’ll receive individualized attention on spring settings, machine setup, and intelligent progressions that make advanced movement both accessible and personal. Training each week with the same dedicated group builds momentum, accountability, and meaningful connection. This is for those ready to be fully present—drawn inward with intention rather than pushed to exhaustion. You’ll learn to listen to your body, move with integrity, and carry that awareness into how you live and lead. By the end, you’ll leave stronger, more embodied, and equipped with the tools, insight, and confidence to support yourself in any space.

The Resonance Ritual is an immersive journey of sound, intentionally aligned with Novembers New Moon. This intimate sound experience is crafted to recalibrate the nervous system, soften mental barriers, and guide you home to yourself. Guided journaling and intuitive oracle readings invite inner clarity, while breathwork steadies the rhythm of your nervous system. The evening culminates in a candlelit sound bath of crystal quartz bowls, voice, and layered instrumentation—an evocative soundscape that restores stillness and grounds you in presence.
